The steps in the recruitment process: From your job application to your big interview.

Hiring and Application Paths

  • Your applications are saved in our CV databank.
  • For possible open positions, qualified applicants will be contacted if an appropriate match is found in the databank.
  • At the first interview, applicants will take a general ability test and complete a personality inventory. One to one interviews are carried out by HR authorities after these tests.
  • If the HR department approves of the applicant, the related departments' executive will conduct an interview.
  • The HR department will then make a job offer to applicants who successfully complete tests and interviews and receive positive references.
